Lexmark CS310 is a colour single function printer that has received 5 star reviews from Printers News, providing great quality prints, perfect for medium sized offices. It prints at up to 23ppm for both mono and colour documents and can get a page out in as little as 10 seconds. The recommended monthly print volume for this printer is between 500 - 5,000 pages and the toners for this machine give up to 3,000 pages for colour and 4,000 pages for black. We here at Printers News always recommend the high yield toners as they give a lower cost per page, and a lower total cost of ownership.
This Lexmark Printer comes with a standard 250 sheet paper capacity with a 1 sheet manual feeder. There's also an option for a 550 sheet duo tray with a 100 sheet feeder, more than tripling the paper capacity for this machine. If you went for the additional tray you could have up to 4 different types, weights and sizes of media, ready to print on at any given time. For example you could have plain paper in the 550 sheet tray, letter headed paper in the 250 sheet tray tear resistant polyester paper in the 100 sheet feeder and envelopes, ready for the one sheet manual feeder.
You can connect to this machine via both USB and network cables, and there's also wireless adapters available so you can connect it to a wireless network. perfect for sharing the printer. There are two variations of this printer, the N and the DN. They're both pretty much the same, and they operate in exactly the same way, the only difference being that the DN has automatic duplex printing whilst the N does not. It's something to bear in mind when looking into these printer as duplex printing will not only save on paper, but will make your documents look much more professional.
